Established in 2017

After a successful career in manufacturing, sales and business management, Jean decided to branch out on her own to help other individuals and organizations achieve their goals. Jean managed start up and established businesses during her career at Hexagon (Leica Geosystems), Ford and Chrysler. This experience helped her develop a skill set to rapidly analyze "as-is" situations and develop a road map to achieve goals. ​

Put simply, our goal is to help you achieve your goal as quickly and efficiently as possible. We work with a network of professionals who can best leverage your strengths and opportunities for success. Finding the right individual or team to support your growth can be life changing.

Jean Gardiner LPC, BCB, NCC, SEP

Jean has a diverse education and training background including: a Bachelor of Science in Engineering; a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling; Board Certification in Biofeedback, latest training in neurofeedback; and a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP) with additional advanced training in SE Touch and post concussion treatment protocols. She enjoys bringing an unbiased view to help identify and solve simple or complex professional or personal challenges.  Jean's approach is research informed and provides clients with the support and knowledge they require to make the changes they desire. Jean assists at Biofeedback and Somatic Experiencing classes and is passionate about keeping up to date with the latest research, science and technology. In addition, she volunteers her time at multiple nonprofits to help give back to the community.
